When you play Golf Solitaire you start with 7 columns of cards with 5 cards in each. The remaining cardds are left in the deck and can be played whenever you get stuck. Your goal is to move all the cards from the columns to a pile at the bottom of the game screen. This pile starts out empty. When the pile is empty you can place any card in it you like.
Once there is a card in the pile, you can place on it any card that is one greater than or one less than the value of the card. In the above example, we would remove 4 cards by clicking the 7 of diamonds, followed by the 6 of hearts, followed by the 7 of clubs, and finally the 8 of clubs. Each card in the sequence was eather one more than or one less than the card that preceeded it. When all the cards have been removed from the columns, you win.
